How do I get paid?

You receive your rent via electronic funds transfer.  Our fees are deducted from your rent and the remainder is deposited into your account automatically.

How can I evict my tenant?

There are 3 basic reasons to evict your tenant

  • non-payment of rent or excessive late-payment of rent
  • excessive damage to property or permitting illegal activities on the property
  • no fault eviction (landlord's own use, purchaser's own use)

Evicting a tenant is a very delicate and sometimes costly last resort for landlords.  We meticulously document when we serve notices, maintain a log of all correspondence with tenants and keep detailed payment records.  In the rare event that an eviction is necessary, you have all the evidence needed to win your case with the Landlord Tenant Board.

Who handles the repairs required?

Our maintenance services include everything from cleaners and plumbers, to contractors and painters. We will handle the duty of issuing a 24-hour notice of entry to your tenant in order to fix any maintenance issue required.  Most repairs can be done quickly and for minimal costs and don't require you to be involved at all.
