I draw on my experience to create yours

I started out in 2010 grinding out condo leases in Toronto.  I was new to the city so finding new clients was tough starting out.  I didn't look like the "fancy" Toronto agents  nor did I act like them.  Worst of all, I hardly knew anyone so I had to find a way to get noticed.   


I certainly  DID NOT want to be one of those guys on a billboard, junkmail, or fridge magnets.  That's just not me.  Instead, I committed to being myself; funny, empathic and jovial when the situation allows but serious as a heart attack when it's time to do business.  

Thankfully, learning my craft and working hard paid off.   Since then, I've helped hundreds of clients buy and sell every property type imaginable, I have a breadth of expertise on the real estate transaction that most "fancy" Realtors can't compete with. 


While I am a top producer by the measures that the guys on the billboards boast about, there is sooo much more to real estate than buying and selling houses.
